REBEKKA RUÉTZ F/W19
Bling that Bling

This year I was invited to cover Rebekka Ruétz new collection at Berlin Fashion Week, take a look of her new sparkling collection as captured from Backstage.

Rebekka Ruétz it's a Fashion Designer located in Innsbruck, Austria; her designs are pieces of fashion for "modern amazons" and the new collection presented during Berlin Fashion Week are a clear proof of it. The designer opened her Fashion Week show with a collection of pieces for a young, cheeky and sexy girl with an emphasis on street style: a mix between solid sparkly pieces in adition to prints inspired on street collage and classic Art Nouveau(some of them look like taken out from a piece of Gustav Kilmt) were wool, synthetics, gold, silver and liquid patterns are protagonists.

Her new collection is particularly colorful and metalic, a beautiful variety of dresses, long skirts and jumpers in all kind of materials. Something which is not new for a designer that is always thinking of colorfull strong styles.

"REBEKKA RUETZ was born in 1984 in Austria and finished her studies as Best-Graduate and Cognos Relevance Award winner at AMD Munich in 2008. She gained inspiration and experience during her studies in India and her work for PETER PILOTTO. Thereupon she founded her very own fashion label in 2009. In 2013 she won the Best Newcomer Award presented by STEFFL. Since July 2011 REBEKKA RUETZ shows biannual during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin."
